We would be happy to discuss it with you.
Let’s start this journey by exploring what you hope to achieve through therapy and our potential collaboration. We’ll take the time to discuss your preferences, budget considerations, and specific goals.
Feel free to ask any questions you may have about the therapy process or how we can work together effectively. This is an opportunity for us to determine if we would make a good team and if our approach aligns with your needs.

We are currently out-of-network with insurance companies. Upon request, we provide a Superbill (invoice for insurance) so that you can get reimbursed via your out-of-network benefits, if applicable. Individuals can get reimbursed up to 80% depending on their plan.
YOU are worth the investment. Think about the ways you may nurture your physical well-being, then think about your mental, emotional, and spiritual well-being. You deserve all the healing and restoration that comes with self-care.
Ways to afford services without insurance include using an Employee Assistance Program (EAP), Flexible Spending Account (FSA) or Health Savings Account (HSA), scheduling less frequent or mini sessions, and submitting Superbills for out-of-network reimbursement.
Under the law, health care providers need to give patients who don’t have insurance or who are not using insurance an estimate of the bill for medical items and services. You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate for the total expected cost of any non-emergency items or services. If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you can dispute the bill. Save a copy of your Good Faith Estimate.
